URGENT - Formulaire perdu

Semblerait-il que nous avons dépassé notre "free trial" de soumission en ligne et nous ne pouvons plus accéder à quoi que ce soit.

Nous avons besoin de palier au problème de façon URGENTE !!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Your usage limits are not over the limit, so you should be able to use the forms without problems. However, your form was deleted a few days ago, and it's currently in the trash bin. You need to recover the form to use it again. Follow these steps to recover your form:

1. On My Forms Page, click on Trash.
2. Select the form to be recovered.
3. Click on Restore.
