    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to create a report that will contain data from different forms since a report is meant for a single form. What I could suggest is to combine the submission data from the two different forms and export them as a CSV file. Then, you can import the data from the CSV file probably on a 3rd form where you'll create the report for the combined submissions.
