Add Google Calendar ONLY IF submission is approved

I'd like to integrate with Google Calendar and add submission ONLY IF I approve submission. Is this possible?

Everything works great thus far, I just don't want to create events if it is for a submission that is ultimately denied.

    Thanks!

    Hello AlmostFamousPopcorn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid it's not possible to add conditions in the Google Calendar Integration. When the form is submitted, it will immediately add an event in the integrated Google Calendar. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Sydney,

We’re excited to announce that you can now integrate Google Calendar with your workflows! With just one workflow, you can create calendar events, send files and messages, and more—all in one streamlined process. It only takes a minute to set up Google Calendar in your workflow. Here's how to get started:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the top-left side of the page.

    2. Under the Integrations tab, drag and drop Google Calendar where you want it in the workflow.

    3. Then, click on Complete Settings, select either Create Event or Create Event with Google Meet, depending on what you need, and click on Next.
