If I reply to a submission from my form with a comment in the Inbox, does it go directly to their email address? Why I'm asking is because I have not yet gotten responses back.
I understand you would like to clarify how commenting on and replying to submissions via the Inbox works. Note that if you leave a comment, only you and collaborators can see it, it does not actually send to the submitter. However, if you reply to the submission from the Inbox, the reply should go directly to the submitter's listed email.
