    I've noticed when I setup an email using the "Input Table Properties" element the form will not send that email. Why? I am using a form entitled "Cash App Input Form"

    Hi The Accounting Department,

    I have checked your account and I cant seem to find the form "Cash App Input Form". I have also created a new form with an Input Table field only and I was able to receive a notification email.

    Could you share with us the form URL of the "Cash App Input Form" so that we can further perform the test?
