In most cases, incomplete submissions will be marked complete as soon as PayPal sends us the successful payment status call (this is done at the Backend).
However, very rarely, you might receive a confirmation from PayPal about the successful payment; but on Jotform, that subscription could still be marked incomplete. This can happen due to some network issues. For such cases, we allow users to manually mark these submissions 'complete'.
To do this, you just need to visit the incomplete payments section; from here, select and confirm the applicable submission (screenshot attached for reference).
