Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can add a QR code on your form's Thank You page or in the notification/autoresponder email. This QR code will display the submission details when scanned. You just need to use a certain code which is:
<img src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150x150&cht=qr&chl=https://www.jotform.com/submission/{id}&choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code" width="150" height="150" />
If you want to add the QR code on the Thank You page, you can follow these steps:
1.) In your Form Builder, go to Settings then Thank You page
2.) Click the Source Code button (>_ icon) on the toolbar
3.) Paste the code there
You can also refer to my screencast below
If you want to add the QR code in the Autoresponder email that will be sent to the users after they submit the form, you can refer to my screencast below on how you can do this
If you have any other questions or concerns, let us know.
Regards,
