    For some reason, there is a question on my form that is the 4th thing on my form but when we print out the pdf it prints on the very end on its own page. Any thoughts?

    Is form https://www.jotform.com/form/211045382314142 the form in question, and this would be the 4th question?

    I made a clone of the form linked above and checked out the PDF in your PDF Editor, but had to create a new PDF. When I did, I was able to see that the questions were arranged in the proper order. Could you kindly create a New PDF and send through a test submission to see if the issue persists?
