Hi! Is there a way to add an approval comment in the description part in the Google Calendar Integration? I tried adding the approval code? snippet? that can be added in emails, but it does not work.

I attached a photo of what happens when i add it manually.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

I don't believe that this is currently possible; however, please give me a little time to check and test further.

As soon as I have an update for you, I will communicate it to you here.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

    Hi again,

Thank you for your patience as I looked into this further.

As I suspected, this is not currently possible as the Approval Workflow is triggered upon form submission alongside the Google Calendar integration. So any information received post-submission (like an Approval comment) would not be ported over.

I have opened a feature request with our developer team to see if this feature could be implemented in the future. I cannot guarantee that it will be implemented, but if/when we have an update for you, we will be sure to communicate it to you via this thread.

    Hi Belen,

We’re excited to announce that you can now integrate Google Calendar with your workflows! With just one workflow, you can create calendar events, send files and messages, and more—all in one streamlined process. It only takes a minute to set up Google Calendar in your workflow. Here's how to get started:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the top-left side of the page.

    2. Under the Integrations tab, drag and drop Google Calendar where you want it in the workflow.

    3. Then, click on Complete Settings, select either Create Event or Create Event with Google Meet, depending on what you need, and click on Next.
