I cleared your form cache. It looks like you are trying to access the page on your mobile browser.
May I ask you to clear your browser cache, and then see if you are able to open the page?

You can check up on your form submissions on the go with Jotform's mobile apps. Available in both iOs and Android, download the Jotform mobile application for easy access to your form data. Let us know if the issue still persists.

After some further inspection, it seems like there is a problem with this specific table. I will forward it to our developers, and as soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
In the meantime, you can use Inbox to view submissions, or, as my colleague suggested, you can install JotForm App on your phone.

Hi @TestPoint,
Sorry for the inconvenience, we had an issue related to the Approval Status Column which was causing unexpected behaviors on grouping the rows.
Currently, we have resolved the issue and made tests on the clone of your forms.
Could you please confirm that if the issue is resolved on your end?
