It says you can customize the button color and placement, but there are no options for this in the customization window, only for the form background.

Greetings Kevin,
Thanks for your comment!
When you generate a Lightbox code for your online form, it also includes a standard <a> element that represents the button triggering the Lightbox window. To customize the style of that button, you can use your own custom CSS styling. For instance, when you generate a lightbox code, you can use CSS styling in this part of the code:
<a class="btn lightbox-212674632427053" style="margin-top: 16px"> Form </a>
You may let us know the form you want to use as a lightbox and how you would like the button to look (for instance have green color and red border) and we can provide custom CSS codes for that.
Thank you!

Thank you Niko, that would be helpful to have a code sample. I'd like a blue button instead of the default orange.
Also, when I paste the default code on my webpage, I get a text link instead of a button, and when I click the link the page just reloads, but the popup with the form does not load. Any clues as to why this might happen?
Thank you for your help.

Greetings,
Thanks for the additional information.
You can replace the second part of your lightbox code with this code to get desired output:
<a class="btn lightbox-212682093641051"
style="margin-top: 16px; display: inline-block;
border: 1px solid #89cff0; color: #fff; padding: 9pt 1pc 8px;
background: #89cff0; font-family: inherit; text-shadow: none;
box-shadow: none; -moz-user-select: -moz-none; -khtml-user-select: none;
-webkit-user-select: none; -o-user-select: none; user-select: none;
transition: all,.1s,ease-in; box-shadow: 0 2px 4px rgba(86,70,50,.1);
cursor: pointer">Click This Button to open the form</a>
Please also make sure to change lightbox-212682093641051 part above with your form's ID number. That code should generate this button:
You can also let us know the name of your form that you want to add as a lightbox, so we will provide a complete code to put into your website.
Thank you!
