    Hey there,

    As for our understanding,  do you want to create an order form without requiring Paypal?

    It is possible by using the Purchase order integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

    This will allow you to create a payment field that your users can submit, but it doesn't process payments.
