When I try to log in to jot form to retrieve documents our clients have sent us it says my verification code is out of date. I then click for it to send a verification code to the work email we have set up so I can enter it and log in. I enter the code into the pop-up provided, but the "Verify Code" button does nothing. Clicking it does nothing, hitting enter does nothing.
The AI is very unhelpful, by the way.
