Questions about RSVP functions

Hi!

I work for an education non-profit, and I'm working on streamlining the process we use to coordinate our twice-yearly campus visits.

I want to be able to create an RSVP form where users will be able to:

• RSVP to one of multiple event dates/times
• Receive a custom confirmation email with a calendar invite and/or Zoom Link for the single event they selected, not all available options

On my end, I want to be able to:

• See all responses to the form in one place
• Sort them by different values

I've played around with your forms a little bit, but I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options, so I thought I'd reach out for help with these specific questions.

You can create an RSVP form with multiple event dates/times and send custom confirmation emails with calendar invites or Zoom links specific to the event selected by the user. Here's how to do it:

1. Add PDF documents for each event in the PDF Editor. Create a separate PDF document for each event with the relevant details like calendar invites or Zoom links.
2. Set up autoresponder emails for each event in the Form Builder under Settings > Emails. Attach the corresponding PDF document to each autoresponder email.
3. Use conditional logic to send the correct autoresponder email based on the event selected by the user. Go to Settings > Conditions > Change Email Recipient and create conditions matching each event to its autoresponder email.

On your end, you can view all responses in one place from the Submissions page of your form. You can also sort and filter submissions by different values to manage your data efficiently.

This setup will allow users to RSVP to one event, receive a custom confirmation email with the correct calendar invite or Zoom link, and let you manage all responses easily.
