How to I create a Jotform?

I need an actual person who can walk me through how to create a jotform. I do not understand any of these training videos.

I am trying to personalize a form such as the "Travel Agency Booking Form " template you have in your library. I have not been able to add what information I need nor can i seem to add my logo or company name. It is extremely frustrating. I want to be able to email the form to clients who can then fill it out and return it to me.

Thanks for providing more information about what you'd like your form to achieve. I understand your frustration with not being able to communicate via live phone call.

I'm hoping we can provide you with enough guidance and advice through this support channel to get you started on the right track.

I've done some quick demos for you below on how to add a logo, company name as well as how to add or modify fields to help gather the information you're aiming to receive from your customers.

To start, here is how you can add or modify the information fields on the form. I am currently using the "Travel Agency Booking Form" template.

Add new fields:

1. In the top left corner of the Form Builder, you'll click on the Add Elements button.
2. This will bring up all of the different form fields available to add to your form. In this example, I will be adding the Full Name field as well as an Email field.
3. You can easily just drag the fields you want from the Form Elements pane on the left into the specific spot on your form.

Modify existing fields:

1. Click on the field you wish to modify or update
2. That should bring up the Properties pane of the field on the right side of the screen. In this example, we will be modifying the Traveler #1 field which is is a Full Name field.

Add/remove custom logo:

1. Start by clicking on the plane logo that is already uploaded to the form at the top.
2. That should bring up the Logo Properties pane on the right side of the screen
3. From here, you can click on Remove Logo to upload your own logo or just remove the existing logo entirely.
