Failure on Integration between Jotform & Square

    We had an order the Jotform accepted through our form today but didn't send it to our integrated Google Sheet. All other orders today have successfully sent to the Google Sheet. Can we investigate this to prevent it happening again?

    When an order is accepted through your form but does not send to the integrated Google Sheet while others do, it is often due to a temporary disruption in the integration connection.

    Here’s how to troubleshoot and prevent this issue:

    1. Go to your Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Select Integrations from the menu on the left side.
    3. Find and select the Google Sheets integration associated with your form.
    4. Remove the integration by clicking Remove Integration and confirming with Yes, Remove!
    5. Reconnect the integration by following the guide on how to integrate forms with Google Sheets: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets/
    6. Make a test submission to check if the data now properly reflects in your Google Sheet.

    Keep in mind that any changes or edits made directly to the integrated Google Sheet can cause the integration to break, so try to avoid modifying the sheet manually.
