Hello, I am creating a fill-in-the-blank form, and when I download the completed form with the responses as a PDF in each response field, it shows the label and it's underlined. I don't want that. Is there any way to hide the label and underline when saving the responses ? I want their responses to be saved as a regular paragraph so they can be easily copied and used in a printed booklet. attached a photo of what it does.
Also, is there a way to save the responses in docx format all at once or separately?
Thank you.

Hi RTBDC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Regarding your fill-in-the-blank form PDF output, currently, Jotform's PDF Editor generates PDFs that include the labels and underlines for response fields by default. There is no direct setting to hide the labels or remove the underlines in the PDF output while keeping the responses saved as regular paragraphs.
However, you can customize the PDF layout in PDF Editor to adjust how the responses appear. You might try removing or editing the label fields in the PDF Editor to make the responses appear more like regular paragraphs without underlines. This requires manual adjustment of the PDF template after generating it from your form.
As for saving responses in DOCX format, Jotform does not currently support exporting form submissions directly as DOCX files all at once or separately. You can export submissions as Excel or CSV files, and then convert them to DOCX using external tools if needed.
If you want a more customized layout for printed booklets, consider exporting submission data and formatting it in a word processor or desktop publishing software.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
