Why are my forms disabled and how do I verify my company account?

    I noticed that a few of my forms have been disabled, and it says they were disabled by Jotform. I am required to verify my account, but I am a company. I have not received any verification email despite checking, and I cannot find it anywhere. I provided my email address as people@curezone-airport.com. I am seeking help to understand why my forms are disabled and how to complete the account verification process for my company account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account linked to the email address you used on this thread, and the two forms are currently active. Also, there's no Jotform account linked to the email address people@curezone-airport.com. Are you referring to another Jotform account? If so, can you share the email address associated with it or a link to any of your form so we can further investigate?
