I want to move to credit card and it wont let me move my subscription out of paypal and now its cancelled my subscription. Need this fixed ASAP. Manage payment methods only takes me to Paypal to log in.

I do not a refund. I want to change my payment method from Paypal to a credit card. It will not let me change it.

I am on the Bronze with old pricing. I tried to change it in Jotform - my account - change payment method. Now its just cancelled my subscription and I have no service.

I have already done that and it does not work. It is only taking me back to Paypal to set the subscription up again. Now pricing has changed and I have old special pricing. I cannot just set it back up again.

You can remove PayPal and update your subscription with your credit card easily. Check out the steps below to see how it's done:
1. Go to the Pricing page, and click on your current plan.
2. In the Checkout page, under Choose Your Payment Method, select Credit/Debit Card.
3. Tick the Terms of Service box, and then click on Pay/Continue, and you’re done.
