Does Jotform support integrating forms with a Salesforce sandbox for testing purposes?

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

Yes, Jotform supports integration with Salesforce, including the use of a Salesforce sandbox environment for testing purposes. You can connect your Jotform forms to Salesforce sandbox to test the integration before going live.

This allows you to simulate the data flow and functionality in a safe testing environment without affecting your live Salesforce data.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

When I select the Salesforce integration I don't see any option to choose a sandbox.

    Hi Jason,

When integrating Jotform with Salesforce, the option to select a sandbox environment is not directly available within the Salesforce integration setup in Jotform.

To connect to a Salesforce sandbox, you need to use your Salesforce sandbox credentials (username, password, and security token) when setting up the integration. This way, the integration will connect to your sandbox environment instead of the live production environment.

Make sure you are using the correct sandbox login credentials during the integration process.
