We are using the Request More Information feature in the Approval workflow element. When it shows in the inbox is simply says the name of our reviewer that made the request and "Requested mor info from ..." Is there a way to see this email in the system or do they need to CC themselves so that they can see the request after the fact to make sure they are comparing the new submission to the specifics of the request?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there isn't a built-in feature in Jotform that allows approvers to view the content of their Request More Information email directly within the Inbox.
The form owner can review the email logs, since it records all emails sent by your account. We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about How to View Your Form Email Logs. But if the approver is not the form owner, the only way they can get a copy of the email is to CC their email address on the Request More Information email.

In an enterprise account, can the permissions be granted to non-owner user to see the email chain?
