How can I open up appointment times in my form?

I have to cancel some appointments in my Angel Tree form. I need to cancel them in order to open those same time slots to other people. How can I go in and open up those appointment slots?

To open up appointment times that were previously booked or canceled in your Angel Tree form, you need to manage the appointment slots within the Appointment field settings. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to My Forms and open your Angel Tree form.
2. Enter the Form Builder by clicking on the form.
3. Select the Appointment field where you have set the appointment slots.
4. Check the existing appointments and locate the slots you want to cancel or reopen.
5. Delete or cancel the existing appointments for those slots to free them up.
6. Save your form after making these changes.

Once you cancel the appointments, those time slots will be available for other people to book.

It is not allowing me to select an appointment and cancel it, it only shows me the appointments available and the other ones are grayed out
