Hi Jotform team,
Just now I have test twice to submit a testing form but when I deleted and also delete forever. The amount of "Total Submission" didn't deduce and still remaining. How can I solve this problem

Hi Chan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've gone ahead and recalculated your total submission storage. When you delete and purge submissions, the numbers may not update immediately, as they're processed in a queue. But when users reach out to us, we can manually recalculate the limits so that the changes take effect.
Note that the monthly submission limit is different from the total submission storage. The monthly submission limit refers to the number of submissions allowed per month based on your plan. Once you reach this limit, you need to wait until it resets on the first day of your monthly usage cycle. While submission storage is the maximum number of entries from all your forms, you can keep in your account. Check out our guide on Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits to learn more.
