IP blocking of user

    A user who normally fills out our forms, has mentioned they have the below problem when loading link to the form.

    Urgently support.

    Regarding the issue with the user experiencing IP blocking when trying to access your form, here is what you can do:

    First, check if your account is active and whether the user's IP address is blocked. You can ask the user to provide their public IP address (which they can find at https://whatismyipaddress.com/).

    If the IP is blocked, support can whitelist it to resolve the issue. Alternatively, the user can try accessing the form using a different internet connection to bypass the block.

    Please proceed with these steps to help the user regain access to the form.
