Why my Jotform Account is Disabled?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system shows that all of your account limits are in range and the monthly limits counter was already reset yesterday. The reason why you encounter the form over quota error is because your Upload Space limit went beyond at 100.67 MB. Do note that unlike your monthly limits, your Upload Space limit does not reset. You can only free up space if you delete and purge submission entries with file uploads or if you Upgrade your plan.
