    Hi

I have tried following instructions from Podo but appear to be stuck.

I'd like the Wordpress agent to ask collect visitor's names and then use these name to label conversation records. At the moment many conversations are labelled 'anonymous'.
I'd like to see if I can track users of the agent to any customers that then contact us directly.

I tried using the Train the Agent function which created a rule. I have tried this a couple of times but it doesn't seem to 'understand' labeling the conversation records.
I still see 'Anonymous' conversations, but I am shown the name in the 'Additional Information' panel.

Also it took the Mention action verbatim. I was assuming it would generate its own welcome message and request for name.

    This is the current Action
    ---

    WHEN Conversation starts

MENTION Welcome the visitor, thank them for their enquiry, and explain that you would like to know their name to personalize the conversation.

ASK FOR INFORMATION May I have your name, please?

DO Save the provided name to the variable 'visitorName'.

DO When the conversation is recorded, use the variable 'visitorName' as the title for the conversation instead of 'anonymous'.

    Please advise any suggestions thanks

    Hi Dean,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you are referring to the Anonymous in Conversation's inbox, as the screenshot below:

The Anonymous indicate that the user is in guest mode/isn't logged into Jotform/doesn't have Jotform account. Presently, it isn't possible to change the Anonymous text. It'll automatically be changed to the user's profile picture/name when the user logged into Jotform account and started a conversation with the agent. But below Anonymous, you can find the user's full name. It will display according to what the user entered.

Since the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. But exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
