Hello,
when forms are removed from the inbox, due to being over full, where are they stored?

Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once submissions are deleted, they will be stored in the trash folder. But, keep in mind that submissions that have been in the Trash folder more than 30 days will be automatically deleted. Let me show you where to find the Trash folder:
1. On your My Workspace page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Inbox on the right side of the screen.
2. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Trash tab on the top-left side of the page.
3. Now you can see the deleted submissions.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Mary,
Is there a way to save the records on the JotForm platform without downloading an extract?
Can I move over crowded inboxes to another save location?

Hi Dan,
To clarify, form submissions aren’t automatically deleted unless your total submission storage limit is exceeded. When that happens, the oldest entries are permanently removed to make room for new submissions. If you don't want to download the submissions via Excel, CSV, or PDF and save them within the form's inbox, you can archive them. Let me show you how:
1. In Form's Inbox, select the entries you want to archive.
2. Click the Three Dots icon in the top right corner of the page and select Archive.
You can also archive entries in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On your Jotform Submissions Table, hover your mouse over the entry and click on the Three Dots icon next to the Star icon.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Archive Entry.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

Hi,
If the inbox limit is never reached. Will the record remain indefinitely?

Hi Dan,
That's right. In your Gold plan, you have 100,000 total submission storage from all your forms that you can keep in your account, so you have enough space to store them. Once again, if you exceed the total submission storage limit, older entries will be deleted to make room for new submissions. Check out our guide on Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits to learn more.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
