I have an ongoing issue with one of the Appointment modules.

    When I select time slot 2:15 pm - 2:25 pm, it triggers an error. The minimum scheduling notice is fine, still the error pops up. 2:15 pm is still unavailable.

    From what you described and the screenshots you provided, the error when selecting the 2:15 pm - 2:25 pm time slot despite the minimum scheduling notice being set correctly may be due to overlapping or conflicting time intervals configured in your appointment settings. It appears there might be an overlap between intervals such as 14:14 to 14:25 and 14:15 to 14:25, which can cause the system to mark the slot as unavailable or trigger an error.

    Here’s how to resolve it:

    1. Review your appointment intervals under the Advanced or General Availability settings to ensure there are no overlapping time ranges.
    2. Adjust the intervals so that each time slot is distinct and does not overlap with another. For example, avoid having intervals like 14:14 to 14:25 and 14:15 to 14:25 simultaneously.
    3. Save the changes and test the form again to see if the 2:15 pm slot becomes selectable without error.

    Making sure your appointment intervals are clearly defined and non-overlapping should prevent the error from occurring and allow the time slot to be available for selection.
