forms created are not showing

    Hello,

    The form that I create Hotel Booking Form is not showing.


    Also the Thank You page is not showing under Settings.

    • Make sure the form is published and the link you are using is correct.
    • Check if the form is set to private or has any restrictions that might prevent it from displaying.

    For the Thank You page not showing under Settings:

    • Go to your form's Settings tab.
    • Scroll down to the Thank You Page section.
    • Here, you can customize the Thank You page or set it to redirect to another form or URL.

    If you want to redirect users to a second form after they submit the first one, you can add the link to the Thank You Page settings for a smooth transition.

    Hi Sarah,

    To personalize the Thank You page for your form in Jotform, follow these steps:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
    2. At the bottom of the builder, select Edit Thank You Page.
    3. Choose whether to display a custom message or redirect users to another page or form after submission.
    4. Edit your message directly in the editor. You can format the text and add action buttons that allow users to fill out the same or another form, edit their submission, or download a PDF copy of their entry.
    5. Add form fields to display the user's answers on the Thank You page if desired.

    This process applies to Card forms. If you are using Classic forms, the steps are slightly different.

    Try these steps to personalize your Thank You page and see if it appears under Settings after that.

    there is no edit thank you page at the bottom of the builder

    Hi Sarah,

    I checked the link you provided and can see that the Thank You Page that you're trying to edit is on your App. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the Thank You Page of the Jotform App. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
