Transfer jotform account to another email address

    hi, want to transfer the jotform account to another user. please let me know how I can proceed with this. thanks!

    Currently, Jotform does not support transferring an entire account to another user or email address. However, you can transfer your forms individually to another Jotform account. Each Jotform account must have a unique email address, so you cannot use the same email for multiple accounts.

    Here’s how you can transfer your forms to another user:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account.
    2. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to transfer.
    3. Click on More Options (three dots) for that form.
    4. Choose Transfer Ownership and enter the email address of the new user.
    5. Confirm the transfer by following the instructions sent to the new user's email.

    This way, the forms will be moved to the other user's account, but your original account will remain active under your email.

    If you want to change the email address associated with your Jotform account (not transfer ownership), you can do that in your Account Settings.

    these are the options. no transfer ownership option, what do i do

    Hi Barry,

    If you are not seeing the Transfer Ownership option, here is what you can do:

    1. Go to the Data page of your Jotform account by visiting https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data.
    2. Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page to start the transfer process.
    3. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
    4. Search and select the forms you want to transfer.
    5. Click the Transfer Forms button to complete the transfer.

    When you transfer forms, the submission data will also be transferred, and you will no longer be the owner of those forms.

    If you want to collaborate in an organized workspace, you might want to explore Jotform Teams, which is available for Enterprise users.

    the error in transferring is that forms that are connected to joform products cannot be transferred. what are jotform products?

    recreating forms is not an option.. can i change the email address of account to hand off
