    I opened my account- instead of the 24.50 I was charged $49

    Hi Kyle,

    I checked your account and can see that you selected the Silver Monthly for your payment schedule. You were charged with $49.00 + tax is because you selected the Silver Monthly plan, which is paid in monthly basis. Take note that the $24.50 rate is only for Silver Yearly plans and since your account is new, you should have the welcome discount enabled, also this plan is paid in yearly basis. If you want to have a lower pricing rate for your Silver plan, you'll have to change to the Yearly payment schedule.
