Hello. I am trying to use the Product list widget in one of my forms and import my list of products and data from a .xlsx file. I can drag and drop the file and it loads just fine, however I cannot click any of the buttons on that window. Not the "Review and import" button, the "Back" button, the "Use firsts row ad headers" toggle, not even the "X" button to exit the window. As such, I cannot complete the import process that I require.

I have also tried to do it in a different browser but it has the same issue.

    Hi Diego,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with the issue you're experiencing with the Product List widget import window buttons not working.

Since you mentioned that none of the buttons in the import window are clickable, including "Review and import," "Back," the toggle for "Use first row as headers," and the close "X" button, and that this issue persists across different browsers, it suggests a possible interface or browser compatibility issue.

Here’s how you can try to resolve this:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes cached data can cause interface elements to malfunction.
    2. Try using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window: This can help rule out browser extensions or settings interfering with the widget.
    3. Ensure your browser is up to date: Older versions may have compatibility issues with Jotform widgets.
    4. Disable any browser extensions temporarily: Some extensions may block scripts or interfere with page elements.
    5. Check your internet connection: A slow or unstable connection might cause incomplete loading of the widget interface.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide any additional details such as the browser versions you have tried or any error messages you might have seen.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Diego,

Thank you for the update and for trying the troubleshooting steps with multiple browsers and clearing cache.

Since the issue persists despite these efforts, it might be related to a deeper technical issue with the Product List widget or a conflict within the form environment.

I recommend trying the following additional steps:

    1. Check if there is any payment integration connected to your form: The Product List widget can be greyed out or behave unexpectedly if a payment integration that houses the product list is already connected. You can only have one product list field on a form.
    2. Try creating a new form and add the Product List widget there: This can help determine if the issue is specific to the current form.
    3. Ensure your .xlsx file is formatted correctly: Sometimes formatting issues in the file can cause import problems.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide any additional details about your form setup or the .xlsx file format you are using.

    Hi Diego,

I tested it and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.

    Hi Diego,

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you get the same thing again, can you share the .xlsx file here so we can do some more testing to see what’s going on.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.
