I need help emptying my trash. I deleted most of my form submissions but it’s still showing that I have no space. Can you please tell me how to empty my trash to get the storage back?

    Hi Audrey,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. When I checked out your account, I found that upload space usage shows 1.00 GB out of 1.00 GB. Your form New Client Consultation Form is holding 386 uploaded documents. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
    2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
    3. Now, select Download as CSVExcel, or PDF to download your data.

You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Upload space usage is not resetting Image 2 Screenshot 41 Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Audrey,

I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Can you give us more details about an issue, and the steps you've taken so far? Did you try to purge the submission entries from the Trash? For the security reasons, we can't delete or make any changes into your account, but we can walk you through the process to resolve an issue. We’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
