Complaint about losing access to view folders

    Hello,

    I am not the admin of our Jotform account; I access Jotform through my own user account.

    I used to be able to see the folders where all our forms were neatly filed and was able to find everything I needed.

    I believe there was an update several months ago, and now users cannot see these folders. All we see under the Workspace are Shared With Me, Assigned to Me, Sent, Drafts, etc.

    I'm stuck either scrolling through hundreds of forms looking for the one I want, or using the search bar, which is only good if you know the name of the form.

    Are there any plans to bring this back for users of Jotform? It is very annoying and a step backwards.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your concern about not being able to see the folders in your Workspace as you used to. Currently, non-admin users see sections like Shared With Me, Assigned to Me, Sent, Drafts, etc., instead of the folder view you mentioned.

    At this time, there is no option for non-admin users to view folders in the Workspace as before. This change came with an update, and unfortunately, the folder view for regular users is not available. There is no official information about plans to bring back this folder view for non-admin users.

    If you need to organize or find forms more easily, using the search bar or requesting your admin to help with form organization might be the best approach for now.
