When logging into my account, I dont see my forms. They randomly disappear all my data/information is like I am starting a new account but the folders are showing but nothing in them. Then if a I wait and login again later, they are there. This is happening often.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and there are forms under it. Can you make sure to check if the Form is checked in the asssets type? Here's how to do it:
In the Workspace page, click on the Type button.
In the section the pop-ups, make sure that the Forms option is checked.
If the same thing happens again, can you send a screenshot and send it here? Here's a guide on how to attach a screenshot to your reply:
Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, you can click on the View this thread button.
2. Once you open the thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.
3. Click the Add Image button.
4. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
