Assistance Needed: Validation on Calculation Field for Beneficiary % Total

Hi Jotform Support Team,

We’re working on a form where a bundle of fields is assigned percentage allocations. We’ve set up a calculation field to display the total % allocation across all those fields. While the field correctly shows the total, we haven’t been able to add a validation rule that prevents the total from exceeding 100%.

Could you please guide us on how to:

1. Set up validation on the calculation field so that it does not allow totals greater than 100%, and
2. Optionally display an error message or prevent form submission if the total exceeds 100%.

Any step-by-step guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
