Make.com Integration: Form Not Showing

    We created an API key for Make.com, started a new Scenario in Make, connected our Jotform account, chose No Team Assigned and tried to find our Form ("Submit a Request" 81945053184156) from the dropdown, but it doesn't exist. Why?

    4. Check if the form is active and not deleted or archived in your Jotform account.
    5. Try creating a new scenario or reloading the form list dropdown to see if the form appears.

    If after these steps the form still does not appear, it might be a temporary sync issue between Jotform and Make.com.

    Tried every one of them. Still the group is not listed.

    Come on! The Form was not assigned to a Team, because we've never had - and don't want - Teams. But I added one anyway per your instruction. When them checking the Form checkbox and assigning to a team it spins forever and then ends with an error - on your side! see attached

    FYI I also tried creating a new Scenario, and created a new API Key in Jotform. Still Form does not show. I am unassigning the form from the group I created (and don't need).

    To help resolve the issue with your form not appearing in Make.com, can you try to disconnect and reconnect your Jotform integration within Make.com to refresh the form list? Also, check if the form status is active. If the same thing happens, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening.
