Hello,
I have an issue with the way the form is showing. I have edited the name however it is still showing as "Clone". I have followed the suggested cache clearing with no changes. I have included a screenshot of where it says "clone" and where it says the title of the form. -

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
It seems that even though you have changed the form title, it still shows as "Clone" in some places. This issue can sometimes persist due to cached data. Since you have already cleared your form cache without success, here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Double-check the form title: Go to your form's Settings and confirm the title is updated correctly.
- Clear your browser cache: Sometimes the browser cache holds onto old data. Clear your browser cache or try opening the form in an incognito/private window.
- Check the form URL: The URL might still contain the word "clone" if the form was cloned from another. This is normal and does not affect the form title shown to users.
If the issue persists after these steps, it might be a temporary display glitch that resolves shortly.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Amanda,
You can change the Page Title of your form so the Clone phrase doesn't show up on the tab. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the page.
- Then, click on Show More Options under the section.
- Finally, scroll down, and delete the Clone of phrase in the textbox under Page Title.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
