I created a form that has 2 pages, but when filled in and downloaded in PDF, only the info in the first page is shown.
Attached is the PDF file downloaded. The missing page info is the underlined one.

Hi Phyline,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
When you update your form, the PDF document also needs to be updated to reflect the changes, especially for multi-page forms. The issue you're experiencing, where only the first page's information appears in the downloaded PDF, usually happens because the PDF document hasn't been updated to include all pages.
Here’s how to fix it:
- Go to Form Builder and click the dropdown icon on the upper left side of the page.
- Select PDF Editor from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Add New PDF on the blue bar at the top.
- Choose Use Default Layout on the popup screen.
- Delete the old PDF document tab to avoid confusion and start using the new version that includes all pages of your form.
This will ensure that the downloaded PDF contains all the information from both pages of your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
