JotForm AI Agent Integrations with Microsoft Team

Hi, I would like to ask if Jot Form Agent has any integrations with Microsoft Teams Channel?

Currently, there isn’t a direct integration between Jotform AI Agent and Microsoft Teams. We’ve escalated your request to our Developer team as a feature request. While we can’t provide a timeline, we’ll keep you updated here if there are any changes.

In the meantime, you may be able to achieve your goal with this workaround:

1. First, create a Classic Form.
2. Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder, select Integrations, and then choose Microsoft Teams.

• From here, you can send form submissions to your Teams channels, chats, or calendar.
• Please note this requires a work or school Microsoft account, not a personal one.

1. When you finish your Classic Form, create a new AI Agent Form (different from the Classic Form).
2. In the AI Agent’s purple bar, click on the Train tab.
3. From the left-side menu, open Forms.
4. Add the Classic Form you integrated with Microsoft Teams to your AI Agent.

This way, your AI Agent will be able to use the form that already pushes submissions into Microsoft Teams.
