How can I delete JotForm from interacting with my email

    Hello,


    I have trialled JotForm with my Outlook account and did not find it useful. I thought that by deleting my account, it would remove it from working. I am still having JotForm suggest email replies which I now find annoying. How can I stop this.

    Hi Neil D Petrie,

    We have reactivated your deleted free account, so you should be able to access your settings again.

    Are you asking about unsubscribing to the newsletter that comes from Jotform? If yes, you can click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email notification that you are receiving. You can also do that in your account settings. Let us show you how:

    1. Click your Profile Picture at the top-right side of the Jotform page.
    2. Select Settings from the menu.
    3. On the Settings page, navigate to the Subscriptions section.
    4. Check the Turn off all Jotform emails option.
