My email login on the computer was Nitzbcausing@gmail.com
I created forms on the laptop version
mu actual email when I enrolled in Jotform was nbcausing@aol.com
I downloaded the App on my iPhone
my techy person in the office said my phone login email shld be Gmail
pls help : can’t access created forms on phone

If you created forms using your email nbcausing@aol.com but are trying to access them on your phone logged in with a different email (Nitzbcausing@gmail.com), you won't see those forms because they are tied to the account you used to create them.
To access your forms on your phone, you need to log in to the Jotform app using the same email address you used to create the forms (nbcausing@aol.com).
If you want to use your Gmail account to log in instead, you would need to transfer the forms to that account or recreate them there.
