    Hola necesito restaurar archivos eliminados o que me envíen el correo de descarga. No me han llegado a mi correo

    Since you haven't seen the download email, let's try restoring the deleted submissions directly from your account. Your deleted submissions are located in the Deleted Submissions folder.

    Here’s how to restore them:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form where the submissions were deleted.
    2. Click on the Submissions button to open the submissions page.
    3. Find the Deleted Submissions folder on the left side.
    4. Select the submissions you want to restore.
    5. Click Restore to recover them back to your active submissions.

    Hi Franklin,

    Can you share with us how you downloaded the files? Was it from a form's table or in the Account Settings? Since you mentioned it's from all forms, was it from Export Data in the account settings? Exporting your data all at once is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the screen.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the menu on the left, click on Data.

    4. Then, click on Download My Data in the Export Data section.

    5. In the window that opens, click on Create New Report.

    6. In the Select Time Frame section, choose a date range for the submissions you want to download, or select the All Time option to download all data starting from when your account was created.

    7. In the Select Data to Export section, check the boxes next to the data you want to export.

    8. Then, click on Prepare Download.
