Hello,
The "click here to secure fill card" button is not working on the credit card update form. How do I connect it to my payment gateway authorize.net?

Hi Cindy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
To connect the "click here to secure fill card" button on your credit card update form to your payment gateway Authorize.Net, you need to integrate Authorize.Net as the payment processor in your form's payment field settings.
Here’s how to do it:
- Edit your credit card update form in the Form Builder.
- Click on the payment field where you want to collect the card information.
- Open the Payment Settings by clicking the wand icon.
- Select Authorize.Net as your payment gateway.
- Configure your Authorize.Net account credentials and settings as required.
If you want to enable payment authorization (authorize now, capture later), you can do so in the Additional Gateway Settings by toggling the Authorization Only option to Yes.
Once connected, the button should work to securely collect payment information through Authorize.Net.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Cindy,
I checked some of your forms and see that you have a paragraph element that says "💳 CLICK HERE TO FILL SECURE CARD". Note that this isn't necessary and could cause confusion so I suggest removing it.
In the meantime, you have to use one of our payment integrations to securely collect payments from your customers. Note that it's not possible to collect their credit card details and view them later for security and PCI compliance reasons. Collecting payments from your form users using Authorize.Net is easy. You just need to integrate it with your form. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element Menu, on the top-left side of the page and then click on the Payments tab.
2. Under the Payments tab, click on Authorize.Net to add it to your form.
3. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Plug icon next to the Trash icon in the Payment Connection section.
4. In the window that opens, select Test Mode or Live Mode under the X button on the right.
5. Then, enter a Connection Name, your Authorize.Net’s API Login ID, and Transaction Key.
6. Next, click on Connect with Authorized.Net.
7. Once you see the confirmation that the connection was successful, click on Save.
8. Select your Authorize.Net Integration.
9. Finally, click on Use.
That’s it. You can now add the products on your form by clicking on the Add Product button. Check out this screenshot below:
