I want to know if it is possible to fill a form by multiple users.
I as the first user fill the part number one of the form, then after filling it. I wish it could be sended to another user in order that he can fill the part number two of the form and so on. But keeping the information that i already capture.

Hi RPA_PLASTIC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use the Manual Prefill feature to prefill some fields on your form and share it with another user to complete it. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page and click on Manual Prefill.
- Click on Add a New Prefill and fill in the fields on the form.
- Then, click on Create on the top-right side of the page.
- Lastly, click on the Three Dots icon right next to the Prefill, select Copy URL and share it with another user.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi RPA_PLASTIC,
To automate the process, you can create an autoresponder email and add the edit submission link to it. This method will automatically send an email to the 2nd user who will fill out the form. The user can click on the edit submission link to edit the entry and fill out their part. First, you must have an Email element on your form that collects the 2nd user's email address, which will be filled out by the first user:
Let me show you how to set up an autoresponder and add the edit submission link to it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Add your custom Email Subject and Email Content.
6. Click on the Form Fields button and select Edit Link from the menu.
7. Click on the Recipients tab, and select the email field for the 2nd user under Recipient Email.
8. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
