How Can I Review Data from All Submission Forms of a Certain Type in One Place?

I’m trying to streamline how we review submissions. We have multiple forms that are all labeled/tagged the same way, and I’d like to view all submission data from these forms in one place rather than downloading or checking each form separately.

Is there a way within Jotform (e.g., Tables, Report Builder, or another feature) to consolidate submissions across forms that share a label, or do we need to use an external integration (like Google Sheets or Zapier) to achieve this?

Any guidance on the best practice or feature for this would be greatly appreciated.

You can consolidate submissions from multiple forms in Jotform by using the Combine Submissions app, which merges the data into one file after collection. Additionally, you can combine multiple submission tables into one form using Jotform Tables by following this guide: How to Get Data from Other Forms in Jotform Tables. Note that combined submissions will appear on separate tabs within the table.

This approach allows you to review all submission data from forms that share the same label or tag in one place without needing to download or check each form separately.

The Combine Submissions app does not work, I attempted to use a few times and though it loads a csv when I click the link to download I get an error each time.

As an alternative, you can use Jotform Tables to view submissions from multiple forms within an app. In Jotform Tables, submissions from each form in the app are displayed on separate tabs, and you can filter and manage them all in one place. This method avoids the need to download files and can provide a more seamless review experience.

To access this, go to your My Workspace page, filter to show only Apps or Tables, and then select the submissions table linked to your app. This will allow you to view and manage all related form submissions conveniently.
