I checked the account associated with the email knstrombecky@pcl.com, and it is a free account with no active subscription. The account associated with the email rmstage@pcl.com is currently on the annual Silver plan.
Can you confirm if you’d like to transfer the subscription the other way? If so, you may log in to the rmstage@pcl.com account and reach out to us from there so we can review and process your request.
