I tried integrating the form, "Worth Intake Form" with Keap. When I entered a test submission on the form, it put the spouse's name into the client name on Keap and didn't populate the client's name into Keap at all. I clearly have the contact's first name and last name in Keap set to the Client's first and last name in Jotform and not the Spouse's name. How can I fix this?

Hi Jraiton,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with the integration issue between your "Worth Intake Form" and Keap.
It seems that the spouse's name is being mapped incorrectly to the client name field in Keap despite your settings. This kind of issue usually happens due to the field mapping configuration between Jotform and Keap.
Here’s how to troubleshoot and fix this:
Review the field mapping: Double-check the integration settings in Jotform where you map the form fields to Keap fields. Make sure the Client's first and last name fields in Jotform are correctly mapped to the corresponding client name fields in Keap.
Check for duplicate or conflicting fields: Ensure that the spouse's name fields are not accidentally mapped to the client name fields. Sometimes, if there are multiple fields with similar names, the integration might pick the wrong one.
Re-establish the integration: Disconnect the Keap integration from your form and then reconnect it. This can refresh the connection and clear any misconfigurations.
Test with a new submission: After making these changes, submit a new test entry to verify that the client name populates correctly in Keap.
If the problem persists after these steps, please provide more details about your current field mapping setup, and we can further assist you.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hey Ray. I completely rebuilt the integration and made sure that it was the clients name that needed to go in there. It still was sticking the spouses name in there. I deleted the spouse name line from the integration and it started working correctly. So I can’t get the spouse to import without overriding the clients name which makes no sense. For now I’m just not importing spouse’s name.
