Currently, Jotform assigns a unique submission ID automatically to each form entry, and there is no built-in option to customize this submission ID directly within the platform.

You can view the submission IDs by going to Jotform Tables, selecting Columns in the upper-right corner, and turning on the Submission ID column to see each entry's unique identification number.

If you need a custom identifier, you might consider adding a form field where users can enter a custom reference or ID, or use other form fields combined with integrations or API to generate custom IDs externally.
