I sent out a survey in July 2025, but my account says that I have not sent and surveys and I have no data. I suppose I could have opened an account on my other email, but I don't think so as I recieve all marketing emials to my gmail account. Can you help?
This was done on a free account. I was trying it out before committing to a paid account.

Hi Teresa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help you find your missing survey results, I need a bit more information. Please provide the Form ID of your survey and, if possible, any additional details such as the submission date or submission ID. This will help us locate your data more accurately.
Once we have this information, we'll be able to assist you further.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll be happy to assist you.
Based on what I'm seeing under the email address you provided: taphillips70@gmail.com, there are no forms created under that Jotform account.
Now I was able to find another Jotform account with a different email address which is tied to the form you provided: t*******s@o****.org
I do have to obfuscate the email address for security purposes.
Do you recognize this email address by chance?

Yes. That's my work email. I guess I did it on that one - tphillips@ohsnd.org
Is that a seperate account? If so, can you send me a password reset email?
Thank you!

Hi Teresa,
Yes, that is in fact the email address associated with the Jotform account in which the form was created on.
Resetting your Jotform Password is pretty simple. Here’s how to do it:
Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login in the top-right corner of the page.
In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
Now, enter your email address, and click on Send Reset Instructions.
You’ll get an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on Reset Password.
Enter your new password, then enter it again to verify it, and click on Create a New Password.
You’re all set! You’ve now successfully changed your password, and you can use it to log in to your Jotform account.

I think I might have tried this last August and realized that our email system will not let me reset through it. That might be my whole problem. I will check with our IT people and see. If not, I'll contact support again. Thanks so much Teresa ...
